Tracking numbers and order status updates will be displayed on your dynamic reciept as they are available. Please verify your email address as order status updates, questions and concerns will be communicated primarily through email. Most items are processed to ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. If you are shipping items to an address other than your verified billing address your order may be delayed and you may be required to list a secondary shipping address with your agency. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order. Items shipping to PO boxes or Military APO's are sent via the postal service twice a week as these require special trips to the post office. We use various shipping methods depending on the size of the item ordered and it's destination and may not be able to supply you with a tracking number if your item ships freight or manufacturer direct.. Report any damaged shipments immediately upon arrival to the shipping and SFX Performance. Please inspect and test fit your part before beginning installation or modification. Double check the part number listed on your item(s) with your receipt. Returns are not accepted for items installed or modified in any manner no exceptions. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.
