SFX Performance ships from over 20 warehouses throughout the country for the fastest delivery possible. Wheels, auto body parts, turbocharger kits and supercharger kits may take more time to ship. Ground effects may require additional frieght charges for residential or rural delivery via common carrier.

Returns are easy!


1.Notify us by calling us at 817.473.3500. We need to know what you are returning, why you are returning it, when you received it, along with your name and order number.

2.You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provided with return instructions on what to do next in accordance with our Return Policy within 48 hours upon receipt of your Return Merchandise Request. (Excludes: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

3.Properly package your return merchandise to avoid damages. Please include all original packaging, parts and paperwork.

4.We will send you complete return instructions as soon as possible. When you do ship the item back, please ship it pre-paid and insured by UPS/Fed Ex, US Mail or Appropriate Carrier indicating the RA# on the package label only. Please send us the return tracking number along with the date it was shipped back. (This will help speed up the return process and is our only proof that the merchandise has been returned to the original shipping warehouse).

Sorry, No collect shipments are accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Please do not return your merchandise without obtaining a RA # and a return warehouse address that your merchandise needs to be shipped to. It may or may not be the one the merchandise was shipped from.

SFX Performance offers a 30 day guarantee on all the products we sell. You must request a return authorization number to return items. Just call 817.473.3500 for an RMA number.

ALL returned items MUST be in 100% resellable condition undamaged and unmodified. ALL materials including boxes, packaging, instructions and any promotional items originally included MUST included in the original box.

Returns may be subject to a repackaging fee of 15%. Special order items are not eligible for return.

All returns must be shipped by either UPS, FedEx or USPS and must insured against loss or damage.
